Enkhjargal (Enka) Tsendjav

Board Member, Tech Education Fund

Enkhjargal (Enka) Tsendjav is an education leader and international development practitioner with more than 15 years of experience across global health research, educational consulting, and nonprofit leadership. She serves on the Board of the Tech Education Fund and is the Co‑Founder of Trinity Spark Academy and Spark Mongolia, organizations committed to expanding college access, cultivating youth leadership, and advancing STEM education for Mongolian students.

As an Independent Education Consultant, Enkhjargal has guided over 100 students into top global universities—including MIT, Washington University in St. Louis, the University of Michigan, KAIST, and the University of Tokyo—helping them secure millions of dollars in merit‑ and need‑based scholarships. She is known for her highly personalized advising approach and her dedication to developing confident, globally minded young leaders. She is a professional member of the International Association for College Admission Counseling and the Independent Educational Consultants Association.

Before entering the education sector, Enkhjargal worked in international development and public health with organizations such as the Mongolian Health Initiative—on a project funded by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health—the International Finance Corporation, and the World Bank. She also served as the founding Editor‑in‑Chief of Forbes Mongolia, where she led the magazine’s launch, flagship editions, and high‑level business events.

Enkhjargal holds an MA in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University and remains deeply committed to empowering the next generation of socially responsible, globally engaged leaders.
